Cookies Policy
Last Updated: June 16, 2026
This Cookies Policy explains how Summentor Pro Sales & Marketing Consultants ("Summentor Pro", "we", "our", or "us") uses cookies and similar technologies when you visit our website.
What Are Cookies?
Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. They help websites function efficiently, improve user experience, remember preferences, and provide analytical information about website usage.
How We Use Cookies
We use cookies and similar technologies to:
- Ensure the proper functioning of our website
- Improve website performance and user experience
- Understand visitor behavior and website traffic
- Remember user preferences and settings
- Enhance website security
- Support marketing and communication activities
Types of Cookies We Use
Essential Cookies
These cookies are necessary for the website to function properly and cannot be disabled.
Performance & Analytics Cookies
These cookies help us understand how visitors interact with our website by collecting anonymous information such as page visits, traffic sources, and user behavior.
Functionality Cookies
These cookies remember your preferences and settings to provide a more personalized experience.
Marketing Measurement
We record which campaign or referring site brought you here, so we can measure whether our marketing is working. This is stored by us, not shared with an advertising network, and is not used to show you advertisements elsewhere.
What We Actually Store
Our analytics are first-party: the information described below is collected by this website and stored on our own servers. We do not currently use Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, the Meta (Facebook) Pixel, the LinkedIn Insight Tag, or any other third-party analytics or advertising script, and no such script places a cookie on your device through this site.
We store the following in your browser's local storage:
- A random visitor identifier — so returning visits can be recognised as the same browser. It contains no name, email address or other personal detail.
- A session identifier — a second random value that expires after 30 minutes of inactivity, used to group one visit together.
- Campaign parameters — if you arrived from an advertisement or a newsletter, the campaign tags on that link, so we can tell which campaign brought you.
- Your cookie-notice acknowledgement — so the banner is not shown again.
We also record page views, clicks on links and buttons, how far down a page you scroll, and the steps you complete on a form. From your device we record its type, browser, operating system, screen size and language, and we derive an approximate city and country from your IP address. For a sampled share of visits we also record where on a page clicks occur, in order to understand which parts of a page are used.
We never record what you type into a form field. Passwords, payment details and the contents of any input, message or search box are excluded from all of the above. Information you deliberately submit through the contact or registration forms is handled under our Privacy Policy, not this one.
If we add a third-party analytics or advertising service in future, this page will be updated before that service is enabled.
Managing Cookies
Most web browsers allow you to manage, disable, or delete cookies through browser settings.
Please note that disabling certain cookies may affect website functionality and user experience.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Cookies Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with the revised effective date.
